Waitangi Day Celebrations

Congratulations and all the best to Aotearoa, New Zealand on Waitangi Day!

It was a great honor for Amb. Zsolt Hetesy and his wife to participate, together with Dame Cindy Kiro, Governor-General, her husband Dr. Davis, Prime Minister Chris Hipkins and other dignitaries in the Waitangi Day Celebrations. It was our Ambassador’s first time to visit the treaty grounds of Te Tiriti o Waitangi as part of the Diplomatic Corps. A magnificent place dedicated to the country’s history in a way that creates a unique, deeper understanding! Congratulations!
